Yoga adds years to your life and life to your years.
 The day(2/12/2021)started with yoga. The importance and some basic exercises taught. Followed by Asja mam. She shared idea about communicative skill development.
     Joju sir shared his experience and discussed some basics. Later we visit our labs ( psychology, science, technology).

 9/2/2022 Today comes another assembly day by Physical science optional. Assembly starts with prayer, followed by college anthem , pledge, thought of the day, News session. They show a video about the contributions of womens in science. In the absence of our Principal sir,  message given by Bindu maam. Next we have a talk session about our coming international conference.They also distributed prizes for the winners who winning in different competitions in X' mas.Then they released their logo Cosmos. Assembly dispersed with National anthem. First hour is optional and today we continue our seminar session .Todays seminar handled by me, about interdependence of teaching and learning and virtual learning environment.Next we have Maya maam class. Today start our seminar presentation  by students from English optional. They presented very clearly and well presented. They alse involve all of us . Their topic is about the Origin of religion their positive  and Negative side....

Practice Teaching Day - 20

30/1/2023 "Life is really Simple, but we insist on making it complicated." Today I reached the school at 9:00 AM. I signed my attendance and I was prepared for taking class. Today I had class On 3rd period in 8c at 11.10 AM. I entered the class and discussed about Insitu Conservations - Wild life Sanctuary, National parks & Community reserves. 7th period I got class in 8c. I discussed about the remaining Portions insitu Conservation. After that in 8th period I have class in 8E.Today we start a new chapter For the Continuity of Generations about different types of Reproduction. - Binary fession, Budding and spore formation. The students Got a clear idea about different types of asexual reproduction. After school time, I signed my attendance register and returned.
